Q: What is the minimum order quantity for the first purchase?
If you make the product what we have in stock,MOQ is 1000 pcs.If customized logo,MOQ must be 3000 pcs.
Q: How do we confirm the quality before starting production?
（1) We can send out our sample for your confirmation before you place order.
（2) When we receive your sample, we can make the same one for your confirmation after you pay the mould fee then we continous our bulk order.
（3) Product quality is based on customer's samples Or according to our customers'requirement.
Q: How to solve the after-sales quality problem?
We will inspect all goods during the assembly and packaging process to ensure product quality. If you have some quality problems, please take a photo and send us email in time. After we confirm the problem, we will provide you with a satisfactory solution within three working days.
Q: What is the payment terms?
30% deposit in advance, 70% payment before shipment.
